Aledade Assist allows your practice to review these insights and enable action directly within your existing EHR workflows. Changes you make are reflected in real time within the Aledade App. By using Aledade Assist you acknowledge that the overlay only surfaces potential diagnoses and that you and your practice are ultimately responsible for accurate code selection and completing supportive documentation. By accessing and using this application, you acknowledge that this application and its functionality are “Confidential Information” of the ACO (a subsidiary of Aledade, Inc.), which fall within the scope of nondisclosure obligations of an existing agreement between you and the ACO. You further agree that your access and use shall be non-public and experimental and the ACO’s grant of access and use does not constitute a sale or offer for sale of the application or its functionality.
