Just install extension and start typing. --- HOW TO INSTALL & USE ALBA 1. Install the extension Click “Add to Chrome.” After installation, the Alba icon will appear in your toolbar. 2. Pin Alba (recommended) Click the Extensions (puzzle) icon, find Alba, and pin it so it stays visible. 3. Open any supported AI platform Visit ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity. Alba activates automatically. 4. Start typing a prompt Alba displays real-time energy, carbon, and water labels near the text box. Values update as you edit. 5. Use the Prompt Optimizer (optional) Click “Optimize Prompt” to see suggested improvements or AI-powered rewrites. Review the before/after environmental comparison and accept with one click. 6. Open the Dashboard Click the Alba icon to see daily totals, trends, comparisons, and CSV export options. Use the floating widget for quick stats while you work. 7.
