NOCODE SECURITY SCANNER OVERVIEW NoCode Security Scanner is a Chrome extension that checks the code behind apps built with Lovable, Bolt, and Supabase. Published by NoCodeFinishers, this tool reports only the security issues it can explicitly prove with a line of your own code, ensuring you do not waste time chasing AI hallucinations. HOW IT WORKS Getting started takes just a few clicks, and a free Quick Scan runs in about 2 to 3 minutes. • Sign in seamlessly: Authenticate using your Google account to create your NoCode Security Scanner account. • Connect your code host: Link your GitHub or Azure DevOps accounts. • Target your scan: Choose the exact repository and branch you want to evaluate, allowing you to scan live production code or check a work branch before it goes live. • Automated & verified analysis: The scanner maps your app, detects vulnerabilities across code, SQL, and config files, and uses an OpenAI agent to prove the strongest detections. • Actionable Reports: View your results directly in the extension or download them as a PDF. Every scan is saved in your History tab for easy reference. PRIVACY & SECURITY FIRST • Read-Only Access: The scanner requires only read-only access to your repositories and metadata. It can never change, push to, or delete your code. • Strict Token Handling: Repository tokens are encrypted in a secrets vault on the backend and placed in a temporary vault that is deleted the moment the scan ends. No API keys or repository tokens are ever stored in your browser. • Minimal Data Collection: The Google sign-in process only reads your name and email address. It does not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data. FLEXIBLE SCANNING OPTIONS • Free Quick Scan: Proves the most serious risks in your selected branch and confirms up to 5 issues in the report (3 on the result screen). • Full Scan (Coming Soon): Register interest directly from your Quick Scan results for a Full Scan, which verifies every detection, includes a full logic and authorisation review, and provides detailed fix guidance per finding.
