SAS Call Center Session Launcher

Opens designated links from the SAS internal app in a separate session window for each call.

This extension helps call center agents manage customer interactions by opening designated links in a separate browser session window. Each session starts fresh, reducing the chance of customer information carrying over between calls. The extension operates only on authorized internal domains and does not collect, store, or transmit user data. Users must enable “Allow in incognito” for the extension in Chrome to open private session windows.
