Lost My Connectivity

I have a BCD436HP. I used to be able to use it OK.
My driver per Device Manager is Uniden Serial Port (COM12). It is usbser.sys. It works fine with another program (ID TrackerIII) that uses the serial port. Your drop-down only shows COM11. I tried refreshing to no avail.

How can I get yours to recognize the COM 12 port. (Only Port11 shows)

UNIDEN UBCD396XT

Hello

Will this work with a Uniden UBCD 396XT?

I have the direct USB cable to scanner port fititng cable, AND and the original serial cable that came with the scanner that converts into USB with the adaptor as well

Is there a way to "log" information outside of this session? and or can I add a custom Tag to TGID's?

Is there a way to collect Unit ID's in the same fashion maybe on another tab?

Ok disregard my last q re driver. I found it. I had the ap working but seems finicky at times. It won't always display the port I need to connect even after refreshing list several times. It says "can't find model"? as well.
