Ring.io Web Phone

Great software and dialer for a large scale sales and service team. Sam & Ashish are great.

Frequent bugs, unexpected problems, and low overall performance make it difficult to use consistently. Would not recommend to anyone sadly. Our business has tried to like it, given many chances, but it just doesn't work well. Update was released today that completely shut down our entire phone system, bringing us to a standstill. This is without a doubt the worst dialer ever made. To start, it does not easily perform the function of a phone, the ext hardly works and after using it for 4 months with absolute horrendous support I am happy to say I am leaving it to return to RingCentral. The dialer does not identify phone numbers well, and you cannot dial a number from a webpage, CRM, excel, or anywhere you might normally find a phone number. 90% of the time you must manually type the number into ring.io to dial it. Easy to use, great extension for Chrome. Works incredibly fast and enhances efficiency and productivity. Very pleased!

If you use Zoho CRM with the phone bridge and are sick of the pop up call window that you can never get rid off.... then get this extension. Seamless merger easy to use and the VM drop is a major plus. Awesome add-on.

I designed this software, so I think it's awesome :-) We put into it everything we've learned about phone conversation productivity - it's lightweight and superfast, hope you enjoy it just as much as I do.
