AKARO AI helps revenue, security, and presales teams answer RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and customer Q&A in minutes instead of days, using your company's own policies, past answers, and product documentation as the source of truth. WHAT IT DOES • Detects questions wherever you are working, inside spreadsheets, documents, slide decks, email drafts, and web-form questionnaires. • Generates AI-drafted answers grounded in your AKARO knowledge base, not generic GPT output. Every answer is sourced from the documents, wikis, and CRM records you've already connected to your AKARO workspace at https://akaro.ai/capabilities. • Inserts answers directly where you need them, one click to drop the generated answer into the cell, document, slide, or form field you're working on. • Batch autofill, process 20–50+ rows at once in a spreadsheet questionnaire with per-row status (Pending / Generating / Completed / Failed / No Info) and retry for failed rows. • Project-scoped, keep RFPs and questionnaires organised by deal, customer, or vendor. Reviewers see exactly which knowledge-base sources were used. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to AKARO (a paid account at platform.akaro.ai is required, the extension is a productivity layer on top of the web platform). 2. Open a spreadsheet, document, slide deck, email draft, or customer questionnaire webpage. 3. Click the AKARO icon to open the floating sidebar. 4. Select which knowledge-base sources to ground answers in. 5. Click "Answer", the extension extracts the question, sends it to the AKARO backend, and inserts the returned answer into the document or form. GOOGLE USER DATA HANDLING, LIMITED USE COMPLIANCE Access and use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: • We do NOT use Google user data to serve advertising. • We do NOT sell Google user data to third parties. • We do NOT use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the features described on this listing and in our Privacy Policy. • We do NOT transfer Google user data to other parties except as required to provide the service (for example, to our AI model provider OpenAI for generating the answer the user has requested, under a contract that forbids training on submitted data) or as required by law. • Humans do not read Google user data except (a) with the user's explicit consent for a specific support request, (b) when necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), or (c) when required by law. WHAT DATA THE EXTENSION ACCESSES • Content of the active document, spreadsheet, slide deck, email draft, or web page — only when the user clicks the AKARO icon to invoke the extension. • Write access to the active document, spreadsheet, or slide deck, to insert generated answers on the user's explicit command. • Your AKARO account session token (stored only in local Chrome storage). WHAT DATA THE EXTENSION DOES NOT ACCESS • Browsing history. • Pages the user does not explicitly invoke the extension on. • Any account data outside the currently active document or form.
