It lets your team capture public product, store, and listing information from marketplace pages you already browse — Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop — and send it directly to your own CRM tenant for competitive research and reporting. WHAT IT DOES • Activates only on marketplace product and store pages you open yourself. • Reads public listing data (title, price, store name, rating, review count, variants, stock indicator). • Sends captured data straight to your Akar CRM tenant via HTTPS. • Keeps you signed in by reading the session cookie on crm.akarpartner.com. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • Does not run in the background or auto-crawl. • Does not read cookies on Tokopedia, Shopee, or TikTok Shop. • Does not collect personal data from marketplace users. • Does not share data with third parties. WHO IT IS FOR Operators, merchandisers, and research analysts on Akar CRM tenant accounts who need repeatable, structured competitor data without manual spreadsheets.
