TERRIBLE! ICBC CHINA has a horrible user interface for their website! Stupid usb or calculator generating tools that cause tremendous headaches. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THE ONLINE HELL.Stupid extension does nothing do not add. DO NOT USE ICBC BANK ELSEWHERE!!!

Open ICBC website online banking in INTERNET EXPLORER (should be an older version!!!), just click "allow" when there are several prompts, I finally got into my ICBC online accnt, (you need that small device with numbers) no need for this crappy extensions!
