SealApply

Overview
Save job postings to SealApply and auto-fill job applications from your profile.
Applying for jobs shouldn't be a full-time job itself. SealApply saves job postings from any site in one click and fills in the application form from your profile. You review every field, and you click Submit. The extension is the browser companion to SealApply (sealapply.com), the free job-application workspace that scores your match, tailors your résumé and writes a matching cover letter. WHAT IT DOES • Add Job from any page Copy a job description, open the SealApply panel and press + Add Job. The posting and its URL go straight to your SealApply dashboard, where the job is analysed and scored against your profile. • Auto Apply: fills the form for you On an application page, press Auto Apply. SealApply reads the form, fills each field from your profile (name, contact details, address, experience, education, skills) and uploads your résumé and cover letter where the form asks for files. It also handles the hard parts of modern application forms: - custom dropdowns and nested menus - type-and-pick boxes (school, field of study, certifications) - skills lists, one skill at a time - "Add another" sections for each job and degree in your profile - dates split into month and year, phone numbers split into parts Open questions are answered with the AI provider you choose. Sensitive questions such as work authorisation, visa sponsorship, criminal history and salary are never guessed. They are left for you. • You stay in control A live checklist shows every field: filled, skipped, or needs your input. Click a row to jump to that field. Cancel stops at any time. Auto Apply never submits an application. Only your click on the site's own Submit button does. • Seal it: guided multi-page applications Press Seal it and the panel follows you through the whole application, from the job posting to sign-in, each form page and the final review. On every page it fills what it can and shows the page's own next button, so you always know what to press. It never types a password and never submits for you. • Your documents, ready to attach Drop your résumé and cover letter (up to 8 MB each) on the panel once. They are attached to file-upload fields automatically. • A panel that stays out of the way The panel docks on the right and pushes the page over instead of covering it. Minimise it to a small bubble you can drag anywhere. FREE SealApply is free. Every feature, including the AI path, with no premium plan. PRIVACY Local-first, no account. Your profile, documents and settings are stored in this browser. Only two things leave it: - Add Job sends the copied job text and the page URL to sealapply.com. - Auto Apply sends the form's questions and the relevant profile details to the AI provider you chose, to get answers. Your e-mail, phone number and profile links are replaced with placeholders before any AI request and put back into the form in your browser. The panel can open on any site so it works on any job posting. That is why Chrome shows the "read and change data on all websites" notice. HOW TO START 1. Install the extension and pin SealApply to your toolbar. 2. Open sealapply.com and set up your profile, or import it in the panel. 3. On a job posting, press + Add Job. On an application form, press Auto Apply or Seal it. 4. Review the form, then click Submit yourself. Questions or feedback: sealapply.com/contact
