Prepare your Zoho Monthly Log with consistent hours and one shared description, then review everything before saving. Zoho Monthly Autofill works with the Monthly Log form in your current, signed-in Zoho tab. Select your Project and Job in Zoho, enter your hours and description once, and preview the days that will be filled. FEATURES • Fill the first row with both Project and Job selected. • Reuse one description across all eligible days. • Skip weekends by default, or include them when needed. • Preserve existing hours by default. • Preview the month, row, day count and total hours before making changes. • Confirm and reopen each daily description to verify the text. • Review completed days, hours, skipped entries and errors in a separate summary. • Remember your settings locally for next time. YOU STAY IN CONTROL The extension prepares the pending form. It never clicks the Monthly Log Save/Submit button. Review the result in Zoho and save it yourself. You can stop a run; completed and partially edited days remain available for manual review. GETTING STARTED 1. Open Zoho Monthly Log in your active tab. 2. Select Project and Job manually. 3. Open the extension and enter Hours per day and Description. 4. Click Fill Monthly Log, review the preview, and confirm. 5. Review the filled form and save manually in Zoho. PRIVACY No separate login, OAuth connection, analytics, or developer backend. Settings stay in this browser's local extension storage. The extension reads the relevant Monthly Log fields and applies the values you request through Zoho's existing interface. It does not read cookies, passwords, tokens, or session credentials. COMPATIBILITY Designed for Zoho's Monthly Log HH:MM duration form with Project and Job selection. Requires an existing Zoho account and access to that view. From/to time mode, attachments, embedded frames, and automatic Project/Job selection are not supported. Zoho interface changes may require an extension update.
