Sound not recorded

Hi support,
Actually, i recorded my meeting but i plugged in my headset while recording.
but i am not getting the audio, can you please help me out ?

screen recording is done but not showing in library

Choose the recording framerate?

I absolutely love this extension. Thank you a lot for such a great tool. Is there any chance that we can select the framerate before recording? Since in many cases I just need low framerate, such as 5fps, to reduce file size and still good enough for my need.

Problem with saving and retrieving videos

Good afternoon. I have recorded a video of 3.5hrs. It does shows in the library, however I cannot download and save it. It is constantly in a waiting mode. Also, another issue was when I was recording a video last night, at the end of the recording when you press Reelia icon to stop recording and to save, it did nothing and the video hasn't even appeared in the Library and I can't download it. Is it saved somewhere on my hard drive that I could find it and save it? Otherwise it is a great extension!

Problem with playback

Hi, so i did a screen recording that lasted 55 minutes, but when i go to play it back it wont let me choose a timestamp (i cant click on minute 33 as an example). it plays the video from the beginning though so im a little confused.

Which sound option is best for a meeting?

I want to record my MS Teams meetings but it seems that every option I choose only lets me either hear the person speaking or my own mic. Which option would I choose to be able to hear both? I am using a Jabra Headset.

how to restore old recorded videos

Hi There,

I was recording a meeting and all of a sudden reelia extension got crashed on my laptop. So I removed and add the extension back and now I don't see any recorded videos. Please let me know if there is a way to restore at least couple of weeks recordings.
