Overview

Inspect web performance, page resources, observed transfer data and practical optimization tips. Local, on-demand analysis.

**Name:** BitHub Green Web Inspector **Category:** Developer Tools **Short description (optional if field is shown):** Inspect LCP, CLS, page resources, observed transfer bytes and practical performance tips. Local, on-demand analysis. **Detailed description:** BitHub Green Web Inspector is a lightweight Chrome extension for examining technical performance indicators of the page you are viewing. Click “Analyze this page” to see available Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), First Contentful Paint (FCP) and navigation TTFB metrics, plus resource counts, observable network transfer, possible cache hits and third-party resource information. Use the results to review image sizes, JavaScript, layout stability and third-party dependencies. Export the locally generated report to JSON or CSV for your own analysis. HOW IT WORKS • On-demand inspection of the active browser tab • Results stored locally in Chrome; clear them whenever you wish • No account, advertisements, analytics, continuous browsing monitoring or automatic data uploads • No site-wide crawling and no access to browsing history IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS Browser APIs do not expose complete transfer sizes for every resource, particularly some cross-origin requests. The observed transfer figure can therefore underestimate total page traffic. The carbon number is a partial illustrative calculation based on those observed bytes, not a measurement of electricity consumption, a complete carbon footprint, a Lighthouse audit or CrUX field data. No remote executable code; no back-end calls, telemetry or sharing of scan results. Data processed: Website URL path (query and fragment stripped), domains of loaded resources and technical performance indicators; saved locally. Site URLs can contain personal information in their path.
