AJAI Lurker helps businesses monitor Facebook group posts and notifications they can already view in their own browser session. The extension watches visible Facebook group notifications and open group pages, detects potential service opportunities, and sends relevant visible post context to AJAI for reviewable opportunity scoring and response draft generation. Lurker is designed for manual operator follow-up. It does not log into Facebook for the user, collect Facebook passwords or cookies, post comments, react, message, join groups, or automate social actions. Operators decide whether to copy and post any suggested response.
