AiXenix Proxy PRO
Overview
Manage your own proxies with saved profiles, one-click switching, direct-site exceptions and connection checks. English / Russian.
AiXenix Proxy PRO manages the proxy servers you already have. Save a profile, select it, and Chrome uses that route. Choose “Off — direct” whenever you want a direct connection; your saved profiles stay in place. YOUR PROXIES, ONE PLACE • Add HTTP or HTTPS proxies, including username/password authentication. • Use SOCKS5 proxies without authentication; Chrome does not support SOCKS5 passwords. • Paste a connection string, enter parameters manually, or import a supported FoxyProxy JSON export. • Switch profiles from a compact popup or a larger dashboard. • Restore the last selected profile and connection mode after restarting Chrome. CONTROL SITE ROUTING Open the extension on a website to send that domain and its subdomains directly, without the selected proxy. Exceptions belong to each profile. Third-party domains on a page follow their own routing rules. Local addresses also bypass the proxy. SEE THE LAST CONNECTION CHECK After you enable or switch a proxy, the extension checks its public IP through HTTPS at api.ipify.org and displays the response time. You can repeat the check. A serious Chrome proxy error may trigger a rate-limited recheck. “Connected” describes the latest successful check, not continuous availability. If the proxy fails, the extension keeps it selected instead of silently switching ordinary proxied traffic to a direct connection. ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN Use the interface in English or Russian, with saved profiles shared between languages. DATA AND PERMISSIONS Profiles, proxy credentials, site exceptions, settings, and the latest check result are stored in this Chrome profile. There is no account, cloud sync, advertising, or extension analytics. Proxy usernames and passwords are encrypted locally with AES-256-GCM; this does not replace device security or an operating-system keychain. Credentials are supplied only to the matching selected proxy, never as website login credentials. Your proxy provider receives the traffic routed through its server; ipify receives the connection-check request. Opening the developer website is optional. The extension uses Chrome’s proxy and storage permissions to apply and save profiles, and webRequest/webRequestAuthProvider with website access to handle proxy authentication for the destinations you visit. Existing website access also lets the popup identify the current site for direct-routing rules. It does not inject scripts into websites or read page contents. You must provide your own proxy server and any required credentials. The extension does not supply proxy servers or a VPN service. It controls Chrome’s proxy settings, not every app on your device. Other proxy extensions or administrator policies can affect control. HTTP proxies do not encrypt the connection to the proxy; HTTPS proxies require a compatible TLS endpoint.
