Ever wished you could just highlight cells in Airtable like you do in Excel? Now you can. This extension lets you color any cell or entire row in your Airtable grid views. Click a cell, choose a color, and you are done. Key Features 1. Color individual cells to highlight important values, flag issues, or categorize data. 2. Color entire rows to mark full records for status tracking and priority management. 3. Choose from 15 preset colors or enter your own custom hex color codes. 4. Multi select support using Ctrl or Cmd click, Shift click ranges, or drag selection. 5. Persistent colors that remain after page refreshes, sorting, and filtering. 6. Right click context menu for quick color changes and easy removal. 7. Cross session sync with colors stored in Chrome for use across devices. How to Color Cells and Rows in Airtable 1. Navigate to any Airtable table. 2. Select cells using a single click, Ctrl or Cmd click, Shift click, or drag selection. 3. Choose what you want to color. Option one: Click Color Cell(s) to color only the selected cells. Option two: Click Color Row(s) to color entire rows that contain the selected cells. 4. Choose your color from the preset palette or enter a custom hex code. How to Remove Colors 1. Right click on any colored cell or row. 2. Use the Clear button in the floating toolbar.
