AirReview: Airbnb Investment & Hosting Tools

AirReview has been a game-changer in my Airbnb hosting experience. It offers comprehensive rental data, enabling me to set accurate prices and optimize profits effortlessly. The user-friendly interface makes navigation extremely easy. I am using it mostly to fine tune specific parameters for my listing to maintain a competitive edge, which has resulted in higher returns. I would say it's a must-have for hosts aiming to maximize returns and streamline their rental process.

I loved this extension until it started being unstable. Tried to uninstalled and reinstalled a few times still doesn't show any reviews that guests gave to their previous hosts. It also messes up the calendar by offering useless info. Please focus on showing reviews as this extension named for!

As a host, I find this extension useful for seeing the past reviews that guests have left for other hosts. I also like the Monthly Cash Flow widget on the calendar for a quick way to see how revenue is going month over month. When I'm trying to manage my calendar, sometimes it gets "glitchy"; when that happens, I just turn off the extension while I'm doing that and then turn it back on when I'm finished. No complaints, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It works as expected, however it took me awhile to figure out how to work it. It's not clear that you have to put in your email address for it to begin working. That should be stated a little more directly. I personally kept clicking on "Try it on this guest profile" thinking that it would activate on the profile that I was looking at.

Used to be great - stopped working on either of the browsers I use (Chrome and Brave) - also supposedly there's malware elements to it?

Great app super useful! Wish I knew it earlier. The extension stopped working after the recent Airbnb page update, but the team updated the extension very quickly and now it works fine again (At first I couldn't have the new version working, but after I set up my email everything works great). The team is also super responsive and helpful, I'm pleasantly surprised. Hope that the quality will always be maintained & I'll continue using the app and recommend to my friends doing Airbnb.
