Built for the Airpipe sales team. ── SINGLE PURPOSE (Privacy practices) ──────────────────────────── Softphone/telephony companion for Airpipe CRM: place and receive calls, send/receive SMS and view call data from the user's logged-in Airpipe account. ── PERMISSION JUSTIFICATIONS (Privacy practices) ───────────────── offscreen: Hosts the WebRTC/SIP audio session in an offscreen document so calls continue while the user browses between tabs. storage: Stores user preferences (widget position/size, settings) and shares call state between tabs. No personal data leaves the browser. activeTab: Used to interact with the Airpipe page the user invokes the phone on. tabs: Finds the user's logged-in Airpipe CRM tab so the widget can fetch CRM data (contacts, call log) through that authenticated session. scripting: Injects the softphone widget and click-to-call detection into the Airpipe CRM pages when needed. contextMenus: Adds a right-click "Call with Airpipe" action for selected phone numbers. notifications: Shows incoming call and new SMS notifications. alarms: Periodic background polling for new SMS/notifications while idle. Host permissions (*.airpipe.ai, airpipe.ai, localhost): The extension only runs on the user's own Airpipe CRM. It communicates with the user's logged-in Airpipe session to fetch contacts, call history and recordings and to send SMS, and it detects phone numbers on those Airpipe pages for click-to-call. No other sites are accessed; no page content leaves the browser. ── REMOTE CODE ─────────────────────────────────────────────────── No remote code.
