Keep your customers close while you work. AiRep24 brings your customer conversations and assistant knowledge into Chrome’s side panel. Read a conversation, send a helpful human reply, or add useful information from a page without searching through your dashboard. CUSTOMER CONVERSATIONS • Choose an assistant from your existing AiRep24 workspace. • Read active and resolved conversations and load earlier messages. • Send a reply as a human operator. • Pause AI for four hours, resume it, or resolve a conversation. KNOWLEDGE, WITH YOU IN CONTROL • Select text on a page and choose “Add selection to AiRep24” from the context menu. • Or review the visible text from the current page. • Edit the title, source link and content before saving to your chosen assistant. • Add a manual note when you already know what your assistant needs to learn. YOUR EXISTING WORKSPACE Sign in to your existing account at web.airep24.com and keep that console tab open. Your account permissions and AiRep24 service plan continue to apply. The extension does not add a separate subscription. An AiRep24 account with a connected assistant is required; this extension is not a standalone chatbot. The interface is in English. Available assistants are those authorized by your AiRep24 web account. Installing the extension does not grant access to a Shopify store or connect a new store automatically. PAGE ACCESS ON YOUR TERMS The extension reads other websites only when you invoke its capture tools. Captured text is shown for review and sent to AiRep24 only after you save it.
