Overview
Color-codes KPI tiles and Nutzer-table cells on the Aircall Live Monitoring dashboard based on thresholds.
Adds visual color-coding to the Aircall Live Monitoring Pro dashboard so you can spot problems at a glance: - "Wartende Anrufe" tile turns light orange (>0) or red (>3). - "Längste Wartezeit" tile turns light orange (>=30s) or red (>5min). - "Unbeantwortet" label/number/percentage turns orange (>=10%) or red (>=20%). - The "Verfügbar" box is framed when agents are free while calls are waiting. - In the Nutzer table, the agents with the most outbound calls, the most picked-up calls, and the highest combined total are highlighted in green. Runs only on dashboard.aircall.io. No data is collected or transmitted.
