AIQ Extension — Loyalty & Rewards at the Point of Sale This extension brings AlpineIQ loyalty and rewards data directly into your POS workflow. No more switching between tabs or platforms — reward balances, wallet pass status, and customer insights appear right where you need them. What it does: When a customer is selected in your POS or back office system, the extension automatically surfaces their AlpineIQ loyalty profile. Staff can instantly see reward point balances, active wallet passes, and enrollment status without leaving the page they're already working in. This extension bridges the two systems so staff can deliver personalized service — checking reward balances, verifying wallet passes, and referencing customer loyalty history — all without interrupting their checkout flow. How it works: After logging in with your AlpineIQ credentials through the extension popup, the extension monitors your active POS session. When customer data appears on screen, it matches that customer against your AlpineIQ account and displays relevant loyalty information in a compact overlay. All data is fetched securely from AlpineIQ's API and cached locally for performance. Permissions: This extension only runs on supported POS websites and communicates with AlpineIQ servers (alpineiq.com). It requires storage permission to cache settings and customer data locally, and tab access to coordinate between the extension popup and the active POS page. No data is collected for advertising or sold to third parties.
