Overview
AdGuard-class ad blocker. 300k+ rules, scriptlets, cookie consent dismissal, element picker, custom filters, stealth mode.
AION Ad Blocker Premium is an AdGuard-class ad blocker built natively for Chrome's Manifest V3 platform. It blocks ads, trackers, popups, banner ads, YouTube video ads, cookie consent dialogs, and casino/gambling banners on streaming sites — across every website you visit. ⚡ WHAT IT BLOCKS • 304,000+ network rules • 41,000+ generic cosmetic rules and 52,000+ domain-specific cosmetic rules to hide on-page ads that survive network blocking. • 5,800+ scriptlet calls covering 14,900+ domains. Built-in implementations of common uBlock Origin / AdGuard scriptlets including set-constant, abort-on-property-read, abort-on-property-write, abort-current-script, no-setTimeout-if, no-setInterval-if, prevent-fetch, prevent-xhr, set-cookie, remove-attr, remove-class, prevent-addEventListener, noeval, json-prune. • 670 procedural cosmetic rules using :has-text(), :contains(), :matches-css() — implemented as a native DOM walker so they run in real time. • Multi-signal banner detection that catches casino/gambling ads on pirate streaming sites by combining cross-domain, IAB ad sizes, sponsored rel attributes, and known gambling brand keywords. 📺 YOUTUBE • Anti-anti-adblock layer running in the page's main world. Hooks JSON.parse, fetch, and XMLHttpRequest to scrub adPlacements, adSlots, and playerAds from YouTube's player responses before the player ever sees them — so videos play instead of showing the "we detected an ad blocker" black screen. • Removes feed ads, masthead ads, sponsored cards, Shorts ads, in-feed ad slots, promoted videos, merch shelves, and statement banners. • Skips video ads via the official skip button when present, falls back to fast-forward when not. • Defeats the YouTube anti-adblock dialog (Turkish + English). 🍪 COOKIE CONSENT AUTO-DISMISS Automatically dismisses cookie consent dialogs Prefers "Reject all" for privacy; falls back to "Accept all" only if reject is not offered. 🥷 STEALTH MODE (optional) Toggle a privacy enhancement layer that: • Strips 50+ common tracking parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid, mc_cid, msclkid, yclid, _hsenc, etc.) from URLs. • Removes the Referer header on cross-origin requests. • Sets WebRTC IP handling to default-public-interface-only (mitigates VPN IP leaks). • Blocks third-party cookies. • Disables hyperlink auditing. 🎯 ELEMENT PICKER Click "Pick element" in the popup, hover any element on the page, click to confirm — the Extension generates a CSS selector and adds it to your custom filter list. 📋 CUSTOM FILTERS Write your own adblock-syntax rules. Network rules (||example.com^) are installed as Chrome dynamic rules. Cosmetic rules (example.com##.banner) are injected as CSS by the content script. ⏸️ PER-SITE WHITELIST Click "Pause here" in the popup to temporarily disable AION on the current site. 🌍 LANGUAGES Popup UI is available in English, Turkish, and German. 🛡️ PRIVACY AION does NOT collect, transmit, or sell any data. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no third-party SDK. Filter lists are bundled with the extension; the only outbound network request is a weekly HTTP HEAD to easylist.to to check whether a new filter version exists. Block counters and your preferences live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
