This extension brings the borrower conversations you already have into Aila: - Capture calls from supported browser dialers - Sync Follow Up Boss recordings from connected accounts - See when call capture and Follow Up Boss sync are active - Send recordings to your Aila workspace for processing Once in Aila, a borrower conversation becomes structured loan-file information—from discovery call toward pre-approval. Aila helps build the 1003, organize borrower information across your phone, CRM, email, and LOS, and keep the next steps moving. How to use Aila: 1. Sign in to your Aila account. 2. On a supported browser dialer, open the extension and select “Turn on call capture.” 3. For connected Follow Up Boss accounts, leave sync enabled so eligible recordings are imported to Aila. 4. Open Aila to review the borrower conversation and continue the loan-file workflow. Built for mortgage loan officers and their teams.
