Parcel Intake — Order Extractor

Pick the messages that hold an order in a WhatsApp Web chat and send them to your Parcel Intake booking grid.

Parcel Intake turns chat orders into booked shipments. This extension is the desktop half of it. Open a customer chat on WhatsApp Web and press "⚡ Extract order" in the chat header. The conversation dims and you tick the specific messages that hold the order — the compiled name/phone/address message, the confirmation, whatever actually settled it. Press Extract and those messages are queued. The extension sends them to your own Parcel Intake account in the background, reads them into a booking row, and the extension icon tells you when it is ready to review. Nothing is read until you press the button and tick messages. Price haggling, voice notes and small talk stay where they are.
