FormCarbon fills the form you have open, from a profile you saved or, in developer mode, with made-up test data. Check the preview, press Fill, and it's in. It never submits the form. ✅ Checked against 53 sample forms in 9 languages Every time the fill engine changes, we run it against 53 sample forms (1,010 fields) and check three things: each value lands in the right field, fields that must stay empty stay empty, and nothing gets submitted. The set includes split postal codes and phone numbers, Japanese furigana, honeypots (hidden fields that catch bots), and React and Vue forms. The forms are our own, so this is not a promise about every real site. But every one of them is public at quillfold.dev/formcarbon/try, so you can try the same forms yourself. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👀 How it works 1️⃣ Save your details on the settings page, or turn a form you have already filled in by hand into a profile. 2️⃣ On a form, press the toolbar button or the keyboard shortcut. The preview shows what goes into each field. 3️⃣ Change any row or leave it empty, then press Fill. Focus moves to the submit button, so you decide when to send. ↩️ Changed your mind? Undo puts the fields back as they were. ✏️ The list stays after Fill: change a row and it's rewritten right there. On a form whose steps change on the same page, the preview moves on with each step. If the panel covers the form, drag it to the other side. 🧩 When a field isn't recognized On real sites, some fields won't be. They show up in the preview as orange rows that ask you to choose, so you can pick a value for that row or leave it empty. Nothing is written until you press Fill. 🌍 Made for forms from many countries • Sample forms in English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Korean • Postal codes and phone numbers split across several boxes • Each country's name order, address format and date format, including Japanese furigana and romanized names • Phone and mobile numbers kept apart • The panel and the settings page in the same 9 languages 📝 Saved texts Keep messages you write often, such as an inquiry, and pick one for a field from the preview. 🚫 What it never does • Fill fields you can't see • Save card numbers, passwords, one-time codes or files in a profile, or fill them from one • Check consent or marketing checkboxes by default (Pro can check only the consent a form requires, see below) • Submit the form • Fill inside an iframe from another site (it works on the top page only) In developer mode (Pro), a throwaway test password and card numbers that payment providers publish for testing can go into a test form, only when you pick them in the preview. Pro is available at quillfold.dev. 🔒 Your data stays on your device Your profiles, the page content, the values you type and your browsing history never leave your device. Profiles and settings are stored only on this device. No account, no analytics, no ads. The only network requests are for the Pro license: when you enter or remove a key, and a check at most once a day after that. They send only your license key and Polar IDs to Polar. Without a key, FormCarbon makes no network requests.
