Hi, for some reason when i click on the extension icon, nothing is displayed in the drop down. If i move the mouse over the channels are there but still no icons. have you got any suggestions?

No channel icons

The extension loads a black screen, you can hover over the icons but they are hidden. no icons to click. Please fix!

problems

I had this extencion downloaded but when i pressed on it,it said you are out of england. I uninstalled it and i am trying to install it back on and it is not letting me. is there anyproblem with this extencion ?
i would love to have it back on the computer because when it did work it was working fine but i dont know why is was telling me i had to be in the uk to watch bbc iplayer.

no channel icons
