Softphone Client for handling customer interactions.

This extension acts a Softphone solution intended to be used by customer care agents to handle their customer calls, chats and cases along with relevant activity creations on the CRM systems. The intention is to provide an interface which will remain persistent across a browser session while informing the user when actions are required for the calls being handled. Key Functionality: - Basic interaction functionality including Hold, Unhold, End Interaction is available. - Ability to make a direct or two-way transfer to other queues. - History data of the last 50 interactions made or received. - Ability to make an outbound call through the dialer. Installing 1. Visit the Chrome Store Extension Page 2. Install the Extension Follow the Usage instructions for using the extension. Usage 1. Click the LOGIN button 2. Redirect to MFA authentication. 3. After you have been logged in, you will be in the "Not Ready" state until you manually change it. 4. Change the Status to "Ready" to begin accepting calls/chats and cases. 5. If you want to make an outbound call, then enter the number into the Dialpad section, and click the Dial button.
