AICO 2 - AI Conversation Organizer

Save your AI chats from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok, encrypted on your PC, and send them to Notion.

Keep your own copy of your AI conversations. AICO saves them in full, keeps them encrypted on your PC, and sends them to your own Notion workspace or to files you can download, so you can look back at them whenever you need. WHY KEEP YOUR OWN COPY Subscriptions change and accounts end, but the answers you worked for stay useful. With your own copy you do not need to keep a subscription active just to read your past conversations, and you decide where they are kept. Once you have it, you can also delete chats from the AI service if you prefer not to leave them there. WORKS WITH The major AI chat websites, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and any other page you open AICO on. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a conversation and click the AICO button in the toolbar. 2. Press "Save this conversation". AICO reads the page only at that moment; opening a tab costs nothing. 3. The conversation is kept in the AICO safe on your PC, encrypted with your password. 4. Send it to Notion or save it as a Markdown file. A day after the destination confirms it, the copy on your PC is removed. WHAT IT KEEPS The whole conversation: questions and answers in order, with headings, lists, tables and code blocks, the sources the assistant cited, and the text of generated documents where the site shows them. SAVE MANY AT ONCE Pick a time range and AICO saves your conversation history one conversation after another, with a progress window you can pause or stop. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything AICO keeps on your PC is encrypted (AES-256) with your password, and a recovery key lets you set a new password if you forget it. Nothing is sent to us: there is no account, no analytics and no tracking. Conversations go only to the destinations you set up. A Transfer Log shows every save and send with its result. Files you save to Downloads are plain files, not encrypted; AICO tells you so where you choose it. FREE EDITION Save conversations without limit, and send up to 5 a day (100 a month) to Notion or Markdown. NOTION Create an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations, share your database with it, and paste the token and database ID in AICO's settings. AICO writes pages only into that database.
