The extension used to work and now it doesn't

I used the extension when I was searching for belts and it popped up a list and I bought a belt. I'm not able to reproduce it and I don't know why. I removed the extension and installed it again. It didn't work this time. I use Chrome Version 102.0.5005.115 (Official Build) (x86_64) on a Macbook, with OS 10.15.7 ( haven't been able to upgrade due to lack of space on my hard drive) and usually I have a VPN on but off doesn't work either. What should I do to get it to work again?

Trying to get this extension to work

I'm an amazon employee and my Dad has asked me to use my connections at work to get this done for the last ~ 5 years. :D I have downloaded the extension and it doesn't give me results at the top of my Amazon browser when I search for an item

Not working

Your extension is not working. Using Google Chrome and searched Amazon for CAT8 ethernet cable and also Dog Food you used in your example. No pop up window.

How do I use this?

I signed up today but I do not know how it works. I thought maybe you did something on youtube to see if you posted anything in there and found nothing. That would be a good place to show how to use it.
