Custom New Tab

custom new tab not working right

I installed the custom new tab and told it i wanted the new tab to open to the same page as my home page by putting in the url. I restarted chrome and opened a new tab and it doesnt work I get a faded copy of the old "new tab" not the same as my home page.
this is the address i put in and it doesnt work..
