AI Workspace keeps useful AI work organized and ready to reuse across supported AI sites. Main features: - Reusable library: Save prompts and templates, fill template variables when inserting, organize with folders, search favorites and recent items, explore starter content, chain reusable items, and import or export your library. - Local chats and snippets: Capture a current conversation or selected text from a web page. Add titles, notes, tags, pins, and folders. Saved conversation content is encrypted on your device and stays local unless you explicitly export it. - Fast context insertion: Insert saved library items, chats, and snippets from the inline toolbar. Slash commands let you search and insert saved content without opening the full workspace. - AI Refine and Create: Improve text with quick or custom refine presets, or use a guided flow to build a new prompt. These actions use AI credits. - Chat history import: Load supported provider history, save local copies, and search captured conversations. Older-history access is a Lifetime Workspace feature. - Exports and backups: Copy or download Markdown, create and restore local JSON backups, and export to Notion, NotebookLM, or Obsidian. Direct and bulk Notion/Gemini Notebook workflows and resync are available with Lifetime Workspace. Free and optional one-time upgrades: Core local saving and search are free. Inserting your own prompts and templates is free and unlimited. Free includes 5 prompt folders, 5 chat/snippet folders, 10 saved-context inserts, and 10 exports to external tools. New installs include 5 guest AI credits, and first sign-in grants 10 account AI credits once. Lifetime Workspace is an optional one-time purchase. It unlocks Prompt Library Sync for prompts, templates, and folders; removes the free folder-count, saved-context, and external-export limits; enables older history and direct/bulk workflows; and includes 500 AI credits. Additional credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription. Saved chats and snippets are not included in cloud sync.
