I don't know how I got the subscription. I just installed it, then found it not useful and uninstalled it, but my money has been deducted for 6 months.

Hi Branda, thanks the message, 6 months ago before our wider rollout, our extension operated exclusively on chatgpt so you most likely signed up via the toolbar for our old pricing. It would be great if you could send me an email on theaitoolbar@gmail.com and we can take a look, I searched for your name and could not find it, so if you could send the email you used to register that would be helpful. You have the option to cancel any subscription via the dashboard, or to contact us to help you do it. Also if you have any future issues, please do try reaching out as we provide contact details as well as an In App method of communication via the "what's missing" tab.

The ability to select tone, length, and type of response with a dropdown menu is precisely why I rate this extension 5 stars. Not many extensions offer this kind of convenience.

I have my very own personal assistant that migrates with me as I switch to Google Chrome or Safari... In fact, I was frightened the very first time because I didn't know that the AI Tool had that capability. Great job.

I dont know what happened! it was working perfectly and the toolbar was integrated well with chat GPT and one day it was gone!, i tried to remove the extension and reinstall it again to chrome but it didnt help. although i can see the side extension whenever i open a website but i cant see the toolbar that should be integerated with chat GPT which has more options and prompts. i have just ranked the extension 1 star because i am so upset from the mentioned problem otherwise it was working so ... Hi Mahmoud, ChatGpt changed their link and we had to adapt the tool to show on their new link, the problem was fixed within 24h, if you are happy to change the review, that would mean the world to us! Thanks for choosing AI Toolbar!
