AI Time Tracker is screen time for your AI tools. It shows how much time you spend, how many prompts you send, and roughly how many tokens you use across the AI assistants you already work in — like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — and other major AI sites. Everything is measured privately on your own device. It measures how much you use AI, never what you say. Your prompts and the AI's replies are never read, stored, or transmitted — only counts and durations are kept, and they stay on your device. Only a length-derived number is computed in memory as you submit. • No browsing history outside the supported AI sites. • Nothing is sold or shared. There is no server, so usage data never leaves your device. • The only network request verifies your Premium license key with the payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). No usage data is sent. This is a Chrome policy, not something we can change. • Free history window: the free plan shows the last 6 hours of detailed history plus today's totals. Premium keeps your full history. • Uninstalling clears your on-device history. Export a CSV first if you want a backup. • This version tracks AI usage in your browser.
