**AI Stop Slop** scans images on every page you visit and marks AI-generated ones with a small "AI Generated" badge — so you always know what you're looking at. ### HOW IT WORKS Every image large enough to matter is quietly analysed as you browse: 1. **URL heuristics** — instantly recognises images from Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, NightCafe, Lexica, and dozens of other AI platforms. 2. **Text analysis** — reads alt text, captions, and nearby page text for AI keywords. 3. **Claude Vision** *(optional)* — if you add your own Anthropic API key, every image is analysed by Claude's vision model for deeper detection, catching AI images even when they come from unknown sources. ### FEATURES - ⚡ Works automatically — no clicking, no manual review - 🔍 Heuristic detection needs zero configuration - 🤖 Optional Claude Vision API for visual AI detection - 🧩 Rescan button to re-check the current page - 🔒 Privacy-first: in heuristic mode nothing ever leaves your browser - ⚙️ Configurable minimum image size (skip tiny icons) - 💾 Smart caching — each image URL is only analysed once per 24 h - 🌐 Works on all websites ### BADGE DESIGN A compact, semi-transparent "⚡ AI Generated" tag appears in the top-right corner of detected images. It's unobtrusive enough not to break page layouts, but impossible to miss. ### OPTIONAL: CLAUDE VISION API For the most accurate detection, add your free Anthropic API key in Settings.
