AI Scriber is a Chrome extension for visual scribing that transcribes, summarizes, and converts text content into 16:9 images with OpenAI. It captures text from the page or YouTube, generates a concise summary with GPT-5.2, and creates consistent images using DALL-E 3 or GPT-Image 1.5. “Styles” management allows you to define and edit custom visual prompts that are chained to context, ensuring that your chosen aesthetic is prioritized in the final image. The UI is compact and modern (popup), with a progress bar, clear alerts, and a style editor. API keys are stored locally (chrome.storage); the extension does not send data to third-party servers beyond the selected AI providers. Image aspect ratio is forced to 16:9 horizontally for visual consistency.
