Not able to contact the developer and email will not get me there.

I have paid for my subscription and the program wants more money for credits. The email is not going to the developer;
vote@imgkits.com. I want a refund because the program is not working. I paid $72.00 on 11/25/2024. I will appreciate any help, please. Thanks
