AI Medical Scriber is a companion extension for the AI Clinical Scriber app — built for doctors and clinicians who want to move faster through documentation without sacrificing quality. Record a consultation on your phone or desktop, and let the AI generate a structured medical note (SOAP, Comprehensive, ATLS, Discharge Summary, Referral Letter, and more). Then, when you're in your electronic medical record system, open this extension and insert the note directly into any text field with one click. Key features: Browse all your AI-generated notes from a clean, searchable popup panel Insert notes at your cursor position in any web-based EMR — including GoodX and similar platforms Copy notes to your clipboard as a fallback for rich-text editors Filter notes by patient name, MRN, or room/bed number Stay signed in securely between browser sessions Works alongside any tab — no switching windows required How it works: Record a consultation using the AI Medical Scriber mobile or web app Open your EMR in Chrome and click inside the notes field Click the AI Medical Scriber toolbar icon Find the patient's note and click "Insert into EMR" Your notes are generated using GPT-4o and stored securely in your account. Audio is deleted immediately after transcription — only the text is saved. Requires an active AI Clinical Scriber account.
