How it works: Speech-to-text is a managed service — sign in with your Google account and your translation minutes are metered against your plan. A free trial is included; paid plans add more minutes and a larger daily AI-assistant allowance. Payments are handled by our merchant of record (Polar.sh); we never see your card details. Your privacy: Audio is streamed directly from your browser to the speech provider and is never stored on our servers; transcripts stay on your device. AI-assistant requests are relayed through our backend to our AI provider to generate the reply and are not stored.
