AI Job Application Assistant helps you decide whether a job is worth applying to — on listing pages you already opened yourself. It reads the job page in your active tab, scores it against your saved profile, and helps you prepare materials. You always submit on the employer site. The extension does not crawl in the background and does not mass-apply. Setup: this extension talks to a backend you run (the included API, or n8n + that API). Open Options, paste your Backend URL, then analyze a job you already opened. It will not work until that backend is running. What it does - Scores the listing against your saved profile - Shows matching skills, missing skills, and role keywords - Drafts a cover letter and CV bullets from your real CV only - Tracks a queue, inbox, and follow-ups What it does not do - It does not mass-apply - It does not auto-send applications in the background - It does not solve CAPTCHAs or log in for you - It does not invent employers or achievements You review the letter, submit on the employer site yourself, then tap Confirm submitted so your tracker stays accurate. Privacy: job text and your CV stay on your configured backend. No crawling of sites you did not open.
