AI Prompt Inject Detector helps you reveal and neutralize hidden text and visual manipulation techniques used on web pages to influence AI systems, scrapers, and automated readers. Some websites contain content that is invisible to humans but still readable by machines, hidden using CSS tricks such as transparent colors, zero-sized fonts, or visibility rules. This extension makes that content visible, fixes it, and gives you full control over what happens next. The extension works by analyzing how the browser actually renders a page, not by guessing or scanning raw HTML. It checks the effective visual state of elements and applies safe, reversible fixes directly in your browser. This approach works reliably whether the styling comes from inline HTML, embedded style blocks, external CSS files, or dynamically injected styles on modern web applications. AI Prompt Inject Detector can restore text hidden using visibility rules, fix transparent or invisible text, normalize text rendered at zero or near-zero font sizes, standardize fonts for readability, and neutralize known extension-injected style variables such as those used by Dark Reader. An optional highlight mode visually marks elements that were modified, so you can immediately see what changed on the page. All behavior is fully user controlled. The extension can operate in whitelist or blacklist mode and remembers its state per site and per subdomain. You can enable or disable it for individual pages, toggle specific fixes for a given site, and keep different settings for different domains without affecting your global defaults. A clean popup interface lets you quickly turn protection on or off, enable highlighting, view counters showing how many fixes were applied, and choose which fixes are active. For advanced configuration, a full settings page allows you to manage rules, organize them into folders, create your own custom fixes, and import or export rule sets. Per-site overrides can be reviewed and reset at any time, making it easy to experiment without permanently changing your default profile. Built-in statistics show how often fixes are triggered on each site, helping you understand where hidden content appears most often. AI Prompt Inject Detector runs entirely locally in your browser. It does not collect data, track users, or send page content to any external servers. Permissions are used only to analyze and modify the pages you choose, strictly according to your settings. This extension is designed for users who care about transparency, control, and accuracy when viewing web content, especially in environments where hidden text can influence AI behavior. It gives you a clearer view of what pages actually contain and the tools to decide how that content should be handled.
