Rhindon Cyber — Shadow AI Discovery Version 1.18.3 — What's new White-label support: Partner-branded deployments now show the partner name and partner support email everywhere in the extension — popup, site warnings, and update notices. Snooze update reminders: The "Update required" notice can be dismissed for 8 hours, matching site-warning behavior. Detection stays paused until the device is actually updated. Lower background usage: Devices flagged for update stop routine background syncing and re-check only every 6 hours, cutting network traffic significantly. Managed deployment visibility: Installs using an organization key now register as individual devices, so administrators can see deployed builds and disconnect specific devices or versions. Consistent branding: Support contact, footer text, and dismissal behavior are now shared across all extension screens. --------- Surface the AI tools your employees actually use, so your governance program can catch up to reality. This extension detects visits to known generative-AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and ~260 others) and reports anonymized signals to your Rhindon AI Risk & Integrity Cloud (RAIC) tenant. Findings flow into AI Discovery, where governance teams can review, classify, and promote tools into the AI System Registry for formal oversight under EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF. What it captures • Domain (e.g., chat.openai.com) • Page title • Timestamp • Optional model name when exposed in network requests What it never captures • Full URLs or query strings • Page content, prompts, or responses • Keystrokes, form data, or screenshots • Cookies or browsing history outside known AI services Who it's for Compliance, security, and AI-governance teams at organizations subject to AI regulations or internal AI acceptable-use policies. Each device authenticates with the same RAIC login (including SSO) — no API keys to distribute. Supports Group Policy / Intune / Workspace force-install for enterprise rollout.
