AI-GENT is a work platform for Italian real estate agencies. This extension is the part of it that works inside your own browser. WHAT IT DOES You write a task in plain language inside AI-GENT: "publish this listing on the portal", "download the land registry document for this address", "fill in this form with the client's data". The extension opens the page in a tab and carries out the task using the accounts you are already signed in to. It can also upload the listing photos and documents you choose from AI-GENT. The agent never types passwords and never shares them with us. HOW TO USE IT 1. Install the extension. 2. Open https://app.officeaigent.com and sign in to your AI-GENT account. 3. Open "Connessioni" (Connections), then "Agente browser" (Browser agent), and follow the 3 steps. At step 2 you read what the agent may do and press "Accetto e attivo" (I accept and activate). You do this once for the agency; after that this Chrome pairs itself, with no codes to type. 4. Go to "Assistente" (Assistant) and type what you want done, for example: "Go to wikipedia.org and find out what year the fourth season of the TV series Heroes was released." 5. The agent opens a tab and starts working. A small indicator inside that tab ("AI-GENT sta lavorando qui") shows that the AI is using it, with Pause/Resume and Stop buttons. You can follow every step live in the AI-GENT side panel and in the app. 6. The answer appears in the Assistant chat when the task is done. 7. Press "Ferma" (Stop) at any time and the task stops at once. "Pausa" (Pause) suspends it and "Riprendi" (Resume) continues it. YOU STAY IN CONTROL - It acts only on tasks you or your agency start, including routines your agency has scheduled, which can be switched off. - Several tasks can run in parallel, up to 3 by default. Each one runs in its own tab, and by default two tasks never run on the same site at the same time. - When a site asks for a login or a CAPTCHA, the agent stops and hands the tab back to you. It does not solve CAPTCHAs or alter the browser fingerprint. - Password, one-time code, card and IBAN fields are never read or sent. - Sites your agency excludes are never opened and never captured. - You can choose how autonomous it is, and ask it to confirm before sending or publishing anything. WHY IT ASKS FOR ACCESS TO ALL SITES We cannot know in advance which portals and back-office systems your agency uses. You choose the site, task by task, when you write the task. The extension acts only inside the tab opened for that task. It does not read or collect data from the pages you browse on your own. An AI-GENT account is required. Without one the extension stays idle and does nothing.
