Instead of scrolling through a long, flat chat history, you can group related conversations by project, client, topic, or workflow. Your folders stay tied to the account you’re signed in with on that site, so each workspace stays separate and easy to find. What you can do • Create folders and nest them to match how you work • Move chats into folders from the sidebar • Keep prompts you want to reuse, organized alongside your chats • Open the folder manager from the extension popup or Chrome side panel • Use it on Gemini (gemini.google.com), ChatGPT (chatgpt.com), and Claude (claude.ai) Why install AI Folders Long chat lists get hard to manage fast. AI Folders brings simple folder organization into the sites you already use, so you spend less time searching and more time working. Free vs Pro AI Folders works on a Free plan with limits (up to 3 top-level folders, 1 level of nesting, and 5 saved prompts). Unlock Softtools Pro in Settings → License for unlimited folders, nesting, and saved prompts. Privacy note Folder layout, chat assignments, and saved prompts are stored locally in your browser. Softtools license activation only sends your license key and a device ID to softtools.dev — not your chats or prompts.
