Overview

Detect configured text in AI responses and send configured replies across AI web apps.

AI Flow Automator helps automate repetitive interactions in AI web apps by detecting configured text in AI responses and automatically sending the reply you define. It is especially useful for long-running AI-assisted coding workflows, where an AI agent may repeatedly pause after analyzing code, editing files, running tests, debugging issues, or completing a step and wait for your next instruction. Instead of returning to the browser every time just to type messages such as “Continue”, “Proceed”, or “Go ahead”, you can create automation rules and let AI Flow Automator handle those predictable replies for you. HOW IT WORKS Each automation rule contains two simple fields: • Expected text — the text AI Flow Automator should detect in the rendered AI response. • Response text — the message that should be sent automatically when that text is detected. Example: 1. Expected text: “Ready for your next instruction” Response: “Proceed” 2. Expected text: “Waiting for your input” Response: “Go ahead” 3. Expected text: “Should I move on to the next step?” Response: “Yes” 4. Expected text: “Let me know when you're ready” Response: “I'm ready” When automation is enabled, AI Flow Automator monitors the rendered conversation text. When a configured phrase is detected, the extension: 1. Finds the first matching rule. 2. Waits for the configured delay. 3. Sends the corresponding response automatically. 4. Continues monitoring the conversation for the next match. Rules are evaluated from top to bottom, so more specific rules should normally be placed before more general ones. BUILT FOR AI CODING WORKFLOWS One of the main use cases for AI Flow Automator is AI-assisted software development. It can help reduce repetitive manual interaction during workflows such as: • Multi-step code generation • Debugging sessions • Test-and-fix cycles • Code refactoring • Codebase analysis • Migration tasks • Repetitive implementation steps • Long-running agentic coding workflows For example, an AI coding agent may analyze a project, modify several files, review the result, and then pause waiting for another instruction. If the displayed message matches one of your rules, AI Flow Automator can automatically send the response you configured so the workflow can continue with less manual intervention. AI Flow Automator is not limited to coding. It can be used with any supported AI workflow where predictable text should trigger a predefined response. MAIN FEATURES • Automatic rule-based replies • Multiple configurable rules • Top-to-bottom rule priority • Configurable delay before sending • Play and Stop controls • Floating control widget • Draggable interface • Light and Dark themes • Custom accent color • Live generation timer • Recent generation duration history • Duplicate-response protection • Persistent configuration • Per-tab runtime state • Ctrl+Alt+A shortcut to show or hide the widget • Incognito support when enabled by the user DUPLICATE PROTECTION AI web apps may rerender previously displayed content when the page updates or when you switch back to a tab. AI Flow Automator keeps track of successfully processed matches during the current tab session to help prevent the same rule from being triggered again for already processed content. GENERATION TIMER The extension also includes a timer that tracks how long AI generations take. The timer starts when a message is submitted, including messages sent automatically by AI Flow Automator, and keeps a short history of completed generation times. LOCAL CONFIGURATION Your automation rules and preferences are stored using Chrome extension storage. This includes settings such as: • Automation rules • Theme • Accent color • Send delay Runtime information such as widget position, automation state, generation history, and duplicate-processing information is maintained for the current tab session. USER-CONTROLLED AUTOMATION AI Flow Automator does not generate responses or decide what should be sent. You define both: WHEN this text appears → SEND this response The extension simply executes the rules you configure. You can stop automation at any time using the Stop control, while keeping your rules and preferences saved. AI Flow Automator is designed to reduce repetitive manual interaction and help keep predictable AI coding sessions and other long-running AI workflows moving.
