Overview

Highlight any text on a page and turn it into an Anki flashcard in one click. AI adds the translation, an example and an image.

Make flashcards without breaking your reading. Select any text on any page — an article, a PDF in the browser, a subtitle, a definition — and Vaulto turns it into a finished flashcard in one click. No copying between tabs, no retyping, no losing your place. HOW IT WORKS 1. Highlight the word or sentence you want to remember. 2. Click the Vaulto icon, or use the right-click menu. 3. The card is ready — review it later in Anki or in Vaulto. WHAT THE AI ADDS Every card comes back filled in, not empty: — a translation into your language — a natural usage example in context — an illustration that makes the word stick — a clean front and back, so the card is ready to review as is WHERE YOUR CARDS GO — Anki: export your cards and keep the deck, the scheduler and the workflow you already have. Nothing is locked in. — Vaulto: sign in to sync your cards across devices and review them without leaving the browser. Entirely optional — the extension works fully without an account. WHO IT'S FOR Language learners building vocabulary from real material instead of prebuilt decks. Medical and law students turning dense reading into recall practice. Anyone preparing for an exam who already trusts spaced repetition and just wants the card-making part to stop taking so long. WHY PEOPLE SWITCH TO IT Making a good flashcard by hand takes a minute or two: copy the word, find a translation, write an example, sometimes hunt for an image. Do that thirty times and you have spent an hour making cards instead of learning them. Vaulto collapses that minute into one click, and the cards come out better than the ones most people write in a hurry. PERMISSIONS The extension reads the text you select, and only when you select it. Signing in to a Vaulto account is optional and is never required to create or export cards. Free to use. Works on any site.
