AI Feedback Assistant helps customers leave clear, high-quality reviews for businesses — without forcing you to start from a blank box. Enter a business slug (or pick a recent one), choose a star rating and optional tags, optionally add a short note, then generate an AI draft. Edit the draft in the popup, submit it through the same public review flow used by the web QR experience, and continue on Google when the business has Google reviews enabled.
