AI Email Reply drafts a polite reply or a professional email reply to the email you have open. Pick a tone, say in a few words what you want to say, and get a reply you can insert or copy. It is made for anyone who answers a lot of email and wants to be quicker without sounding rushed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open an email. It works for Gmail™ and works with Outlook on the web. 2. Click the AI Email Reply icon or press Alt+R. A side panel opens next to your email. 3. Choose a tone: polite, professional, friendly, firm, apologetic or short. 4. If you like, type what you want to say, such as "yes, but next Tuesday". 5. Click Draft reply. Then click Insert to put the draft into your open reply box, or click Copy. WHAT YOU GET • It reads the open email and its thread, newest message first, and leaves out the quoted history. • Six tones, and a reply language setting: the same as the email, or one of 23 languages. • Details the AI cannot know, such as a date or a price, appear as [brackets] and are highlighted, so nothing made up gets sent. • Regenerate for a different version, or edit the draft in the panel before you insert it. • On any other webmail, select the email text, right-click it and choose "Draft a reply to this". You can also paste an email into the panel. • The panel shows your plan at a glance, with a Go Unlimited button during the free trial. It reads an email only when you click its icon, press Alt+R or use the right-click menu. It has no standing access to any mail site, so it cannot read your inbox in the background. You can see the exact text it will send, and nothing leaves your browser until you click Draft reply. PRIVACY • When you click Draft reply, the email text (up to 6,000 characters), your tone, your note and the reply language are sent securely to our server, where our AI service writes the draft and sends it back to you. The privacy policy explains in full who processes it. • Before your first draft, the panel shows this and asks you to agree. Cancel sends nothing. • We do not store or log your emails or drafts, and we do not use them for ads or to train AI.
