Overview

Generates scrolling danmaku (弾幕) comments about the page using Chrome's built-in Prompt API (Gemini Nano).

AI Danmaku overlays scrolling niconico-style danmaku comments on webpages. It reads visible page text in your browser tab and uses Chrome's built-in on-device Prompt API, powered by Gemini Nano, to generate short reactions, comments, questions, and witty asides. No page text is sent to our servers. Comment generation runs locally in Chrome using the built-in LanguageModel API, and extension settings are stored locally in your browser. Features: - Scrolling danmaku comments over normal webpages - On-device AI generation with Chrome's built-in Prompt API - English and Japanese comment modes - Adjustable comment density - Click-through overlay that does not block the page - Local settings storage only Requirements: - Chrome 138 or newer - A device that supports Gemini Nano / Chrome's built-in Prompt API - Initial on-device model download may be required by Chrome AI Danmaku does not run on restricted browser pages such as `chrome://` URLs or the Chrome Web Store.
