I tried this tool out in Greenhouse. The natural language prompts let me get specific and the tool uses that to provide additional information that helps me parse a resume (e.g., "The candidate is a Director, which indicates that they may have ___ type of experience, but they don't have experience in __.") I have been using this tool with applicants in Lever. I find it very useful for summarizing applicant information in an easily digestible way. It does not replace a real human looking at applicants, it helps bring the most relevant resumes to the top of the funnel. It's most helpful for me for roles that have 100+ applicants in sorting through those applicants that are not related to the job description. I still need to look at each profile to make sure they actually fit the job description... Show more

This is a helpful and much-needed tool for reviewing applicants! I have been recruiting for several years and find this extremely useful for summarizing candidate profiles. I love that I'm not restricted to simple keyword searches and can either customize prompts or use default information drawn directly from the relevant job description. Overall the process is smooth and it integrates seamlessly with my ATS (Lever). It does take a few minutes if you have a lot of resumes to summarize, but... Show more
