AI Chat Exporter saves conversations from the currently open ChatGPT or Gemini page as readable local files. Capture a chat, review the result, select the messages you need, and download a local copy. The extension preserves useful conversation structure such as headings, lists, tables, code, links, citations, formulas, and available images. A capture summary and export checks help identify incomplete conversations or media that could not be embedded. You can preview the result before downloading and copy a formatted version to the clipboard. Conversation processing is performed locally in the browser. Captured chat content is not sent to an extension-controlled server, and the extension does not include analytics or tracking. AI Chat Exporter is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Google. ChatGPT and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners.
